Hands-on programme · 2 days

A 200-page report.
And 20 minutes.

Turn your documents and reports into an assistant you can question — and get answers cited to the source and page number, not guesswork.

Does this sound familiar?

The problem is not a lack of information — it is the volume of it. And time does not stretch.

📚 Documents nobody reads

Reports, studies and regulations pile up. You open one, read two pages, postpone it — then get asked to summarise it in tomorrow's meeting.

🔍 Exhausting manual search

Hunting a figure or clause in a huge file with Ctrl+F, jumping between ten documents to assemble one picture.

⚠️ You cannot trust the answer

You tried AI tools and got a polished answer — but where did it come from? You cannot use it officially without verifying it.

The idea, simply

An assistant that reads your own files

NotebookLM is a free Google tool. You upload your documents and it becomes an expert in them: ask a question and it answers from your files only, pointing to exactly where the answer came from.

📥

1. Upload your sources

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, sheets, web links, even YouTube videos — up to 50 sources in one notebook.

💬

2. Ask in Arabic

Ask as you would a colleague who read everything: "What changed since last year?" "Pull everything about the budget."

🔗

3. Verify the source

Every sentence links to a page or paragraph. Click it and read the original text yourself.

The question that matters

How is this different from ChatGPT?

One fundamental difference: where the answer comes from. That difference is what makes the output usable in official work.

General chat tools NotebookLM
Answer source General knowledge from the internet Only the documents you uploaded
Citations Rare, and may cite sources that do not exist Every sentence cited to the page
Risk of invented facts Real — and delivered confidently Very low — answers are bound to your sources
Fit for official work Needs full verification Yes — verification is one click

The two are complementary — in the course we show when to use each.

From real work in Oman

What will you be able to do after two days?

🏛 Government staff

Summarise an official document to one page

Upload the regulation or report and ask for decisions required, deadlines and responsible parties — ready for your director in minutes.

📊 Data analyst

Compare two reports

Upload this year's and last year's reports and ask "what changed?" — it extracts the differences with their locations.

🎓 Researcher or student

Review ten papers at once

Put the papers in one notebook and ask about methodologies, shared findings and gaps.

⚖️ Legal or contracts

Check a contract before signing

Ask about termination clauses, penalties and obligations — with the clause number in the contract itself.

🏢 Manager or owner

Prepare for a meeting in 15 minutes

Upload previous minutes and ask what was agreed and what has not been done yet.

📣 Marketing & content

Turn a report into content

Pull the key figures and messages out of a long study and turn them into posts or a deck.

The feature that surprises everyone

Turn your report into a conversation

With one click, NotebookLM turns your documents into a spoken conversation between two hosts discussing and explaining the content — listen on your commute instead of reading 80 pages.

We do this with you on day two, on a document you choose.

Common questions

Do I need a technical background?

Not at all. The programme is designed for non-technical professionals. If you use email and upload files, you are ready.

Is the tool really free?

Yes. Google's NotebookLM is available free with an ordinary Google account. The course teaches you to master it — no subscription afterwards.

Does it support Arabic?

Yes — upload Arabic documents, ask in Arabic, get Arabic answers. We also cover its limits with scanned Arabic text.

What should I bring?

Your laptop, a Google account, and two or three files from your actual work — you will genuinely work on them across the two days.

Is my data safe?

We dedicate part of day two to exactly this: what may and may not be uploaded, especially for official documents and personal data.

What if I miss one of the days?

Tell us in advance and we will arrange for you to attend that day with the next cohort at no extra cost.

The documents will not shrink. Time will not grow.

The only variable you control is the tool you use. Two days that change how you handle every report that reaches you afterwards.
