Teaching at Taim isn’t about credentials or years in the field. It’s about philosophy.

We care more about how you think about teaching than what’s on your resume. We’re looking for instructors who:

  • ✨ Understand that teaching is about creating understanding, not transferring information
  • 🎯 Care about the student’s journey, not just covering slides
  • 💡 Believe curiosity matters more than curriculum
  • 🤝 See themselves as guides, not lecturers
