Dr. Nasser Al Khayari is a distinguished real estate investment strategist, developer, and educator with over 15 years of pioneering experience in the Omani market. His career is built on a hands-on foundation of developing and executing over 50 residential and mixed-use projects, giving him a deep, real-world command of the strategies, financial structures, and operational challenges that determine profitability in property investment.

Beyond his own portfolio, Dr. Al Khayari serves as a trusted advisor to local and international investors, guiding capital allocation, market entry, and strategic development across Oman's dynamic landscape. He holds a Doctorate of Executive Business Administration (DBA) in Leadership and a Master's degree in Mathematical Statistics — a combination that lets him fuse quantitative market analysis with strategic leadership principles.

Yaqoub Al Abri is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years of expertise, specialising in databases and systems. He is widely recognised for delivering practical, hands-on training that transforms technical concepts into real-world, applicable skills. His experience spans government and private sector organisations, with a strong focus on digital transformation initiatives.

Mohammed Jabal Aal Jamil is an Artificial Intelligence specialist with extensive experience in enterprise automation, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation. With over five years of professional experience, he has successfully led and scaled AI and Power Platform initiatives at OQ Group. He has delivered production-ready solutions across Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) operations, talent management, and business processes. Mohammed specializes in modern Large Language Model (LLM) architectures, predictive analytics, and enterprise-level automation, demonstrating a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and provide governance-compliant solutions.

Shahad Al-Harrasi is an Artificial Intelligence Associate with a strong background in computer science and hands-on experience in developing AI-powered solutions.
