1 · You try it free
We switch on a free trial for your team (HR or training) with a portal for your organisation that you open with a code sent to your email — try the missions yourselves.
2 · You roll it out to your staff
When you decide, we activate the licence with the seats you need, and you add staff by name and email or by pasting a list from Excel. Each receives an email to sign in — no password.
3 · You pay for those who actually use it
On a full licence, we count only seats whose holder started at least one mission — invoiced at the end of the period.
Questions
Do we need to share any of our data?
No. Every mission file uses realistic sample data generated for each person. We only need each employee’s name and email to give access.
What does an employee need?
Excel on their computer, a browser and a work email. Missions are in Arabic and English.
Which level is it for?
For staff who use Excel at work — from basic to advanced. Complete beginners benefit most when it accompanies one of our training programmes.
What if someone leaves or we want to replace them?
Remove them in the portal and add someone else. Removing someone who never started costs nothing, and every licence includes a number of replacements.
Can it go with a training programme?
Yes — we offer it with our Excel and AI programmes so practice continues after the classroom, and we can build missions from your recurring work templates.
