Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation by Participant

7+ days before course: Full refund minus any processing fees.
3–6 days before course: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.
Less than 3 days: No refund, but you may transfer your seat to another person or receive credit for a future session (subject to availability).

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge if done 3+ days before the session. Further changes are subject to availability.

Cancellation by Taim

If Taim cancels a course (e.g., insufficient enrollment, force majeure), you will receive a full refund or the option to join the next available session.

Email info@taim.om with your name and booking reference. We aim to process all requests within 3 business days.
