Project Overview

The Ministry of Education regularly engages with UN-affiliated bodies for competitions, exchanges, and international programmes — a process that historically required significant manual effort in translation and eligibility review. Faisal built a six-agent AI system that works in full coordination: one agent handles precise translation of UN-related documents between Arabic and English; a second evaluates each participant submission against the competition's formal eligibility criteria; a third cross-checks for missing documentation; a fourth flags borderline or ambiguous cases for human review; a fifth compiles all findings into a structured executive briefing; and a sixth handles formatting and final export for management sign-off. The result is a system that reduces manual translation turnaround from days to hours, ensures consistent and auditable eligibility decisions at scale, and produces presentation-ready outputs directly from raw submissions. This project demonstrates how a coordinated network of specialised AI agents can replace an entire manual workflow end to end — and earned the highest score in the cohort at 99.2 out of 100.
