Project Overview

Building a high-quality training kit from scratch is one of the most time-intensive tasks a learning and development professional faces — requiring coordination across slide design, participant guides, trainer notes, assessment tools, and delivery schedules, each of which can take days individually. Yusuf built an AI agent that takes a short training brief as input — including the topic, target audience, learning objectives, duration, and format — and produces a complete, ready-to-deliver kit as output. The deliverables include a structured slide deck with bilingual content, a detailed trainer guide with facilitation notes and timing cues, a participant workbook with exercises, a post-training follow-up schedule, and a set of recommendations for improving delivery quality. During the training cohort, participants used this tool to produce multiple complete kits in under an hour each — work that would previously have required days of coordinated effort. The system also applies light quality assurance, checking that all objectives are covered and that the participant-facing materials are appropriately aligned in language and tone. Scored 99.2 out of 100.
