Project Overview

Oman's rich cultural heritage — including traditional architecture, crafts, performing arts, and historical landscapes — presents an untapped opportunity for immersive educational experiences that can reach both Omani students and international audiences. This AI agent was built to turn that opportunity into actionable plans. Given a heritage theme (such as traditional falconry, Omani dhow building, or the ancient aflaj irrigation system), the agent proposes a complete virtual reality experience concept: it defines the narrative arc, describes the key scenes and their interaction design, outlines the technical programming approach for VR development, builds a budget estimate with component-level cost breakdown, and produces a full launch plan including content development timeline, target platform recommendations, and accessibility considerations. This project was presented to a standing ovation in the cohort review and stands out as a demonstration that AI can serve not just administrative efficiency, but cultural preservation and education innovation.
