Project Overview

Ijada is the Ministry of Education's national teacher development programme — one of the largest professional development initiatives in the Sultanate, involving tens of thousands of teachers across every governorate. This AI agent addresses the challenge of managing planning data at full scale. It processes over 90,000 Ijada planning records in batch, tracking each record's status through the data entry and approval pipeline, flagging incomplete or stalled entries, and generating statistical reports that give senior leadership a real-time view of programme readiness across the entire teacher population. The system handles records reliably at this scale through batch processing architecture, and has been tested on the full live dataset — making it one of the most operationally significant projects in the cohort.
